Great technological advances have been made in video photography in the last decade. Small inexpensive video cameras enable shooting just about anywhere, underwater, in low light, even in the sky. The advancement of digital technologies also enables video editing on home computers, with video creation software that is beyond Hollywood’s capabilities only 20 years ago. My goal is capture beautiful images for you, and make them joy to watch. And maybe, provide the sense of place for the viewer, throw in a few entertaining facts so it is marginally fun, educational, and a little absurd.

Why a website?
I enjoy taking interesting movies, editing them, and showing them. Always have. Many years ago, my Father and I, would take and edit 8mm home movies, it was fun, but a little clumsy compared to today's video making. The large video files can be difficult to send with third party help. For this reason, a website for my videos makes sense. Anyone can log on and view the videos and photos, without ads, pop-ups, and marketing.

Why not go to YouTube or Instagram?
These are large corporate entities with extra rules and constraints. Here the rules are sometimes…ahh, rarely broken.

Adventure can be anything, a walk in the store or venturing into the unknown. Mostly these are my personal videos, of trips to different destinations, embellished with music and sub-titles. Similar to the old MTV Bubble videos.

Yes, of course Rocks, I don’t really understand why, but just about everyone enjoys a good rock, from Zen Masters to troubadours to blushing Brides. In these videos the rocks are presented as they are, honestly, without apology, naked, unadorned, and without filter.

Turtles

Turtles, love to sun themselves and dry out their shells, it’s a requirement for them, so I made a turtle ramp out of pine 1 x 12. The ramp provides a way for the turtles to climb up and onto the pier.
